Stichology, or, A recovery of the greek and latin numbers according to their original proportions quantities and systems. [173-?]

Manuscript version of Edward Manwaring's Stichology, published in 1737. It is unclear whether this is actually a manuscript of Manwaring's, or if it is a copy of the work copied by another, but it appears to contain the central text of the published work with very little alteration. It is written throughout in a neat 18th century hand.

[4], 19, [6], 83, [4] p., bound ; 21 cm.
